For those of you who have never seen our home in Big Bear here are some pictures.
What a difference between winter and summer. We absolutely love living up here there is always sometihing to do. We have just signed up to join the volunteer mountain patrol with our jeep. You get to go on all the back roads to help take care of the mountain areas.

That sounds like lots of fun. Next time I am up I would love to take a ride in the jeep. Are you allowed to take visitors on these back roads?
That's pretty cool. What do you do to take care of the mountain areas?
We would love to have any of you come along off road. It's really fun you get to go way out into the woods, but you're not alone there are some dirt bikes and quads out there. It has been really cool we have found hidden campgrounds and beaver ponds. We will start the required training soon but I suppose it will be drowning campfires and picking up trash. ha-ha. But it will be fun just to have a reason to get lost in the mountains. ( We have a very good off road map so don't worry). And Wendy we even welded attachments for the baby seat in the jeep. So Micah wil be able to come someday also.
