Caiden's Promotion Ceremony

We were so excited to go to Caiden's Promotion Ceremony. It was a lot of fun. First we arrived a little early to see the kids and of course Caiden was so happy to see us he had to show grandpa his room and some new stuff. I got a few minutes to hold Kiya. Boy is she getting big! And so cute, what a happy little baby, she was as good as can be for the entire evening.
We arrived just in time to get good seats for the performance while David checked Caiden in with his class. As the show started the classes filed into the sanctuary singing a christian song with smiles on their faces and all the kids waving to their parents. Caiden had a great big smile on his face when he saw us all in the audience. They sang several songs and then each child was called up to receive their diploma. What a wonderful evening, it brought back such good memories of when my kids were young. They even sang some of the same songs. I am so happy that we were a part of his first performance. Hopefully we will be asked to be a part of many more to come.
