Fire Day at Knott's Berry Farm

We spent the next day at at Knott's Berry Farm with Dave, Melissa, Caiden and Kiya. It was fun seeing how Caiden loved the rides and Kiya was even a good sport on a few she went on. As all years we go to see Snoopy on ice and the two Christmas plays at the little theater. The day we picked turned out perfect because there weren't many people there. Like I said before it was good to spend time with family before Christmas.

Caiden's Christmas Show

We joined The Bonney's for Caidens Christmas Show. It was really special to remember all the Christmas shows I've been to when my own kids were growing up. It was of course fun. All the Christmas songs like Rudolph, Jingle Bells, felis Navidad and a few more. Caiden was sooo proud!

We did get a chance to visit before the show. This was kind of the only time we will see them before Christmas so we also brought gifts. This is the best picture we got of us and the kids, only Jim has his eyes closed. Don't we look great!

Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri

We had a great time in Oklahoma. It was a wonderful vacation filled with visiting Jim's family. We stayed with Uncle Verlin and Aunt Joyce first and had a wonderful dinner with all the family. Then we went to Kansas to see Adam in his last High School play. It was super and Adam did a great job in the leading role. Here is a picture of Adam and his parents. He was still in costume and makeup. We all said that he looked like his Aunt Janet.


After leaving Kansas we made a trip to Branson Missouri. What an interesting place. It was like the family version of Las Vegas. While there we saw two shows. A wonderful violinist and a play called Noah. Noah was absolutely amazing, They even used real animals. It was a wonderful break and very restful. We had a smooth trip home and back to reality..
